      Hi Scott
      Yes you are related. I spoke with your grandfather James Forret back in the early 90s! He sent me some information but since then I became a professional genealogist and most Forrets in Fife are related! Fabulous ancestry that goes back to St. Andrew’s and Glasgow in the 1400s and documented!
      My husband’s maternal great great greatgrandfather was Andrew Forret who was born in 1817 and died in 1919! He lived to be almost 102!!

      He was in New Brunswick for sure.
